We are the only resort located on The Boom.
No need to pack up the surf van when you can stay here. Works best on mid to high tides.

A left-hand point break that can hold all swell sizes and can be surfed on all tides.

A fun left with multiple sections that barrels on the inside. Another little known gem; when conditions are right, this is one of our favorite surf breaks.
THE
ESTUARY
This secluded rivermouth is the best low-tide wave in Northern Nicaragua. If you catch this wave at the right time, it will be one of
the best sessions of your life. Everything from
long walls to heavy barrels, and rides so long that the boat will need to pick you up after each wave.
NAHUALAPA
BAY
A user-friendly break, that is fun for the whole crew. The Bay features a few different peaks that offer long rides and ample opportunities for turns.

This beach break is usually uncrowded
and handle sizable swell. Another great, hallow wave in our area.
